A private car parking space is provided in the secure garage under the building, with lift access to the apartment. The apartment is laid throughout with beautiful marble flooring We consider the apartment very much as a “second home” as much as a holiday apartment and, as such, have tried our best to furnish it and equip it to a high standard. Our aim is to ensure that you feel “at home” when you stay and that you have everything to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit whether it be for golf, the beach or a winter break. In short, we want you to want to come back and, of course, to tell your friends about us! The apartment is fully air conditioned / heated. The entrance to the apartment is reached by walking along an attractive red tiled pathway to the rear of the building. The surrounding area is grassed and has numerous palm trees, flowering plants, cacti and displays of volcanic rock. The pathway ends at the entrance to the building and, by virtue of this, is extremely peaceful.
Three small steps lead into the cool hallway of the building and a short flight of steps leads to the first floor. The front door leads directly into the hall area of the apartment and is furnished with a glass wall table and large mirror and standard uplighter lamp. The hall leads to a bright and spacious open plan sitting room and dining area. Both are furnished in a modern style and in neutral, relaxing colours.

The sitting area contains
two large comfortable sofas arranged around a large marble coffee table
with additional side coffee table and lamp. The room also has an
attractive modern crystal chandelier.There is a working open fireplace
and logs may be obtained locally for Spring and Winter evenings.
There is a wide screen TV with a Sky digi-box as well as separate VCR and DVD players. There is also a good quality sound system with radio and CD player, so don’t forget to bring your favourite music. The dining area has a dining table and chairs providing comfortable seating for 4 plus matching sideboard and mirror.

The well-equipped galley
style kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and comprises a wide range
of white units with grey granite working surfaces and splash-backs.
Equipment includes a “rapid heat” ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven,
electric kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
A set of crockery and glasses is provided, together with a wide range of pans and cooking equipment. Our intention is that you’ll find just about everything you would need in your kitchen at home, so you will be able to prepare meals comfortably in the apartment, should you wish to! The utility area is at the end of the kitchen and contains an automatic washing machine, steam iron and ironing board and clothes airer.

The master bedroom is
light and airy and has a king size double bed and two bedside drawer
units with lamps. This leads to a dressing area with large fitted
wardrobes with lots of clothes hangers (as we know how annoying it is to
arrive somewhere and not be able to hang everything up!), which in turn
leads to the en-suite shower room. This is of very modern design
entirely clad in marble from floor to ceiling with a stainless steel
conical washbasin inset in a glass surface, with mirrors above and below
plus a walk in shower. Good quality cotton towels are provided.

The bathroom is situated off the main entrance hall, opposite the second bedroom where there is a full sized bath incorporating a shower. The room is tiled from floor to ceiling in bright blue and white ceramic tiles and has a marble floor. There is an inset white washbasin set into a tiled surface, with a large mirror behind. The room is lit by halogen spotlights. There is also a wc and bidet, and good quality cotton towels are provided.

The exclusive communal swimming pool is set in a very peaceful and quiet area, a very short distance from the apartment. The pool is spectacularly shaped with water features and graded depth. The area around the pool is attractive with grass and beautiful plants for sunbathing and relaxing plus a shower. The pool is reserved for the exclusive use of the community of Nuevas Villas.
