The properties most in demand each summer are good quality, well furnished villas with pools within easy access of a beach. For these we can almost certainly guarantee bookings.
Three bedroom apartments, bungalows and townhouses are also in demand. There is less demand for the smaller two bedroom properties and here it is important to ensure that you are offering first class facilities, to really set your property apart from the many others available – e.g. wireless internet connection.
